I remember seeing this movie of a man ,who looks like a homeless,but is kinda mutant or something and he from time to time comes to the streets of the city( don’t remember which one it was,i guess an asian city) and the people are scared of him. Then they get him and i do not remember the end thats why Im looking for the name of this movie!
