The movie is sci-fi looks very technicolor but features a very real monster rape scene with penetration by either a centaur or Minotaur. It is very graphic. I can’t remember any other details other than the horrific monster sex scene. Any help would be greatly appreciated no one knows the name of this film.

There’s only one film I know of with a graphic monster rape scene, and it’s the first thing I thought of when I read your post. It’s not a centaur, but I would call it a monster…the film is called The Beast, it’s a french film from 1975.
It might not be what you’re looking for, but I figured it worth a try.

This one is closer to the ’70s, but it’s a stretch. The monster looks similar to a centaur and there is a fairly graphic rape scene.
“Beast in Space” (Italy;1980)?
This is an old post, but I found this crazy movie and had to answer it. It is Sci-Fi, close to the right time period, and there is a version with hardcore scenes. There is a scene with a woman being assaulted by a man with beast legs and hooves and it does show penetration. You can watch the graphic version on YouTube, but it’s in a foreign language.
