I remember watching this movie in 2008/2009/2010, not too sure when it was but around that time, it was a movie, in color, in english, there was a young blonde girl who was the main character, I remember Russia being part of it, it was really snowy, she was running from people, and I think the FBI/CIA were involved.. and this is a far stretch but maybe holograms were part of it.. I think…that may not even be part of it. I have no clue what its called and google isn’t helping me! Someone please dig deep and help me find out the title! Thanks!
