This was back in the late 80s when I saw this.  I think it was a late night premium channel show. In English, and color.  Bunch of honkies cast in it.

The scene I recall was a man that lead a woman to believe he was recording a sexy times movie and had her sit in a director’s chair whilst naked.  He then proceeded to duct tape her wrists to the chair, did some recording, they chatted, seemed safe……then he taped her mouth shut, then her nose. And recorded her death.

Talk about traumatizing.

The dude also had a regular relationship with some other chick he wasn’t violent towards.

We didn’t watch the rest because mom came home. Curious as to what the show was to put my nightmares to rest.
