I remember seeing the trailer maybe 5 to 8 years ago. It’s set in the future and the main character realises that his wife isn’t really his wife, she’s a Android or something and she’s just pretending. She then tries to kill him when he figures it out. Then when he’s trying to get away from her in some futuristic vehicle, another person offers to help him who looks exactly like his wife. I think this person is really her or a different version of her.
