Saw this movie back in 2003-2004. It was in english but i believe the kids were british? I did see it on tv while i lived in florida so im not sure if its a movie or show. It was in color. I remember the kid pulling a sword out of an umbrella stand and chasing another kid around the party..then when the kids were walkin home in the morning, the kid with the sword jumped up on a stoop or something and yelled at a passing car as he held the sword like a dick..i believe he said you sir would you lay your lips upon it
