In this movie (perhaps, it was a serial) a certain scientist finds an old manuscript with predictions of prophecies of the “last days”, and then finds himself at some military base either in the USA or maybe in Israel, after which these same apocalyptic events begin, with an alien invasion, destruction of the place… Also I remember the scenes with the disappearance of people, they literally evaporated on the street, children “teleported” to another dimension on playgrounds, etc. If I’m not mistaken, something is related to Israel, due to the location of the events, or it could be that it is an Israeli movie.
