Okay, so I can’t remember any full scenes because it was so long ago and I was so young (I would say 2006-ish would be when I watched it last), but the movie starts off with this girl arriving in a small middle-of-nowhere town and she looks strikingly identical to a girl who had been missing. Another key point that I remember is that she stated that her favourite flower was wildflowers and it cut to a scene with her/the missing girl in a dress picking wildflowers.

It was in English, it was on VHS, and it was in colour. I want to say it was a late 90s or early 2000s movie, and the lead actress was a relatively popular one. (I can’t remember her name!)

And no, the movie was not “I Know Who Killed Me”, but from what I remember, the plot was similar.
