It was an old movie. Not sure how old but definitely not recent.
I can’t even remember if it was a boy or girl, pretty sure it was a boy. but there was a kid, maybe 6-9 years old, I believe in some kind of mental institution and he/she kept painting the number 11 and I think a guy got mad at him for it so he like, pointed at the man and kept saying ELEVEN! ELEVEN! ELEVEN! ELEVEN!
