It’s a teenage movie, it’s a comedy (I guess) probably from the 2000’s: a girl lives with her dad and brother, desires to be popular and is always looking at these affirmation cards and asking people to pick a card.  The father is very disorganized.  She gets hit by the car of the blonde popular girl that lives next door to her family and when she wakes up she is the very popular, younger sister, volleyball champ of the blonde popular girl and the popular blonde girl has become neurotic.  Of course, everything eventually goes back to normal, except now everyone are friends.
