This movie I watch on TV in the early 80’s had a female spy/heroine and a small metal mosquito/bug that would fly to a victim and inject them with poison. The female spy/heroine was trying to stop the villain from killing people with the flying mosquite/bug. I’m pretty sure the name of the movie was a one word acronym four/five/six letters long. Could have been late 70’s as well. I remember the flying metal bug have a cape that would flutter in the wind.
