… greenhouse

Hello there!

I’ve got this certain scene stuck in my head for months and I just can find to which movie or series it belongs, so I really hope someone here can help me 🙂 .

I believe this scene belongs to a live-action series but It could also be a movie. I try to describe as much and detailed as I can (my english isn’t that perfect, please bare with me) :

So there is this desperate guy, a (young) police man If I remember correctly, standing beside the street. He is probably hitchhiking. I belive it’s day time but rainy so It’s kinda dark. A car stops (I think it was a big car, maybe even a truck), with an older man, who takes him with. The man with the truck works on an orchard with many other people who are kinda like a big family. He brings the young police man to that orchard and involves him. I remember that very typical, wooden picknick-table and that thay have a nice time together over weeks or even months. But there has always been this greenhouse which the police man wasn’t allowed to enter. They always started to act strange, especially this old couple (which are the leader of if all, I guess), when he asked about it or wanted to go there but he respected that. One day though, he became curious and entered it anyways. In the greenhouse they planted a lot of weed – but they had no clue that the man was a police officer, not even the truck-driver. I can’t remember what happened then, but later they seemed to have trouble and the old couple blaimed the truck-driver for bringing an police officer to their orchard.

okay, that’s all I can remember. I belive that this could be some kind of a “flashback” of a character, since I can’t remember anything else about the orchard. I saw it probably somewhen in 2014/2015 but I can’t tell if it came out that time or if it’s much older.
