in the early 90’s there was a movie/special about a sculptor that had lost his wife and was desolate. For Christmas he sculpted a full size statue of Mary for a church. It only aired for 2 years and then disappeared. I can’t even find it online anywhere and can’t remember the name of it. I’m sure it was just too Catholic and probably didn’t get the audience that they wanted so it was gone.
