There was a Russian move on Netflix around 2009, it had a woman with a distorted looking face with creepy spiders attached to her and the trees had the spiders on it too. Another scene in the movie is a man in his apartment and can’t leave because of the heavy rain fall and by the end of the movie gets killed by tentacles. I hope this is enough to go off of
