Solved!

Not sure if this was a show or a movie. I don’t even remember if there were actual dialogue.

There were at least 3 “kingdoms” – red blue and yellow (not sure if there’s more), and everyone, from head to toe, was wearing only the kingdom’s colors. Kirsty Mitchell’s – “Gaia, The Birth of an End” reminds me of the characters in the “movie” (without the crying; it’s a pretty lighthearted show):

I remember the style of clothes (or at least one of the kingdom’s) is French period – ladies were wearing puffy dresses, and guys had long curly hair and mustache. These kingdoms are always completing with each other – and if I remember correctly there was a battle between these kingdoms.

This show is likely to be before 1995 – me and my brothers were under 10 at the time; one of them remembers there being people jumping out with parachutes in the sky too (all in a specific primary color). We borrowed that VHS video from the library.

I Don't Know the Name... (unsolved movies)

The whole movie was based on airwaves / static showed on TV, that would brainwash/hypnotize viewers to kill others. There was a scene where a couple was sitting on their couch watching TV. I think the TV was showing static of a particular recording, and the wife stood up without saying a word, (i think) went into the kitchen, came back and start stabbing her unsuspecting husband. Then the movie proceed to show more of these examples.

Movie is in English.

teenager pretending to be older and got a job in fashion

this teenage girl for some reason worked at a fashion magazine/design company/(something to do with clothes) – she apparently was really good at her job, and there was this other female (and male?) colleague that were jealous.

I think the teenager was hosting a party or something, and the jealous colleague(s) figured out her real age and exposed her

 

I had the impression that it’s a very light-hearted movie (if you didn’t think so already based on what I described), and very likely to be before 2000. The style of clothing.. or the period that movie is based on, reminds me of the Back To The Future series actually….

Boy, travelling between dimensions, ear bleed

  • Watched this in the early 90s – not exactly sure if it was a show or a movie.
  • It was in color, but the color of film/scene was pretty washed out – like certain historical dramas sometimes are.
  • A pale boy with brown(?) hair was sitting on a chair in the middle of the room, with his eyes closed
    • He’s around his mid teens, wearing a brown/grey blazer; the style of people’s clothes are like the children in Narnia before they go inside the wardrobe
    • His mind/soul was travelling to another dimension (?)
    • There were a few people in the room waiting(?) and observing him. They seem tense/nervous. One of them is a girl and likely to be his sister.
    • At one point his ear began to bleed, and the girl/sister gasped – I had the impression that the longer he stayed in the alternate dimension, he would die.
    • The people in the room was waiting/urging him to “wake up”, but if memory serves me correctly, made no attempt to disturb the boy by touching or shouting at him.
