There’s a scene I remember in a weird 80’s family/fantasy movie where a young boy (about 8-12 yrs) really doesn’t want to go get a haircut – he thinks something terrible will happen! In one of the fantasies that he dreams up, his ear is lopped off at the barber shop! In another, his hair is sculpted into a big giant green Christmas tree!
