I’m looking for a PBS/BBC costume drama. I saw it in the late 90s but it is probably earlier as both networks tend to replay things for years. It was about a woman in a mental hospital in the late 19th century who claimed to either be an alien or have been abducted by aliens and shown the universe. She draws and paints her experiences including the rings of Saturn, the aliens base in the valleys of Mars. The doctors think she is nuts.
