I’m trying to find the name of a movie I have seen on TV more than once in the late 80’s/90’s. It is a dark thriller about a male seriel killer who was a man dressed as a women and he cut his victims hair.
I think the final victim laid a trap but she didn’t guess the killer correctly.
It was in colour and very creepy.
Hmm, I don’t know about the hair cutting but the transvestite killer movies that come to mind are Dressed to Kill and Sleepaway Camp.
