I’m looking for the name of an old horror movie probably made in the late 70’s to mid 80’s.
All I can remember is the race of people/monsters living in the caverns all had white hair and I think they made some kind of screaming noise. There may also have been some kind of gruesome monster that killed and ate the humans exploring the cave.
Does anyone know this movie?
