I have memories of this movie but its extremely difficult for me to remember the name. I cannot remember if they spoke english in the movie.

But it was about a young boy who just started having sexual urges and was difficult for him to manage them. As a result, each time he sees a female though dressed he is able to see her without clothes.

I remember a particular seen where in a class while been thought by female teacher suddenly is able to see her nude and develops an erection even though the teacher is fully clothed.
