I remember growing up, I loved this movie where an artist(I think a comic book artist, not sure) was in a jail cell and he would illustrate monsters that would somehow come to life. I’m pretty sure he was introduced in the jail cell drawing and he gained a power, I’m not sure. I’m 22, so it must be at least 15 years old or so, give or take a few years. If anyone could help, that’d be awesome! The movie is in English and in color. I take it that it’s not a very popular movie because I’ve been googling for it for hours and get nothing at all.
