The movie I think had to do with a blonde woman who for some reason leaves her home to go into another town that’s full of weird folks. What I remember most was this lesbian couple (one had short blonde hair and tomboyish and I think the other was long blonde hair and was really glamorous) and near the end of the movie the short blonde haired girl got a sex change thinking her girlfriend would love her more because throughout the film the long blonde haired girl always talked about men and … their junk. The movie isn’t terribly sad or anything and it doesn’t focus a lot on that part in particular I just remember it the most.

Okay so, i know it was in English and it was probably a VHS or DVD. It was in color not black and white. It might’ve been British. I think it possibly could’ve been black comedy.
