So I saw this movie a few years back, probably summer 2011 in german TV. It is an english language film and I would guess that it was shot in the 90’s. Regarding the plot I only remember a few select scenes but I can’t really put them together. I remember a guy sitting in this apartment for large parts of the early movie before he and possibly a woman headed to a party where they met different people and either something criminal took place or something was revealed which caused tension. Besides that I remember there was a seen where they drove down a highway which was shot in a first person perspective (possibly a chase). I’m quite sure the ending included a life guard’s house where one of the characters was hiding and which was set on fire in some kind of way. It’s possible that there were supernatural elements in the movie but they were not very important in the movie, or at least I think so.

The movie was definitely an indie production but shot in color and the few special effects were pretty poorly made. I also like to think that the movie was rather long and the scenes themselves also were shot in longer sequences. That’s pretty much all I remember…
