Movie seen at home in english probably in the 80s relating to vampires. It was on TV. Starting showing a rich girl getting bleed by a nurse then traveling on a horse and cart to do the same to a poor boy in a stable. Remember someone bathing in blood wearing a white mask …. thought it was countess Dracula but dont believe it was .
