An 80’s or 90’s movie about two guys trying to make a living making low budget videos, weddings and stuff like that.  They get called in to a film set of a music video, which is terrible.  Afterward the band is killed in a freak mishap.  One of the two guys accidently dubs the audio of the bands video (the only recording of the bands unreleased song) over another video.  The other video was also terrible (a funeral) but together it made a rather good music video.   I believe this was billed as a comedy, but had a dark side.
