OK, so I can not for the life of me remember what movie this is from, (part of me thinks I made it up).

Anyway, here’s what I remember: there was a woman kept prisoner in a room, that was literally hanging from the side of a tower/castle. The person (man?) that was keeping her prisoner would (I think) extend a piece of wood or something from the castle to the room for them to go back and forth. And I think at some point, the room was lowered to the ground.

That’s all I remember, but I can picture it so clearly. It is from the 90s or earlier, and I think it was animated, but very well could have been live action for all I remember.
