Saw this film on WGN(?) as a kid in Chicago about 1960, so B&W TV.
Seemed dated then. English.
All I remember is a scene with a bunch of rich, white guys, formally dressed, sitting around a table in a large dining room and toasting the beginning of a war and how much money they would make from it. (Seemed pretty callous to a kid even.)
