Okay so this is a long shot, I was in middle school used to rent movies from the library. They had this movie I took home and watched. This was around 2004-2006 I think…. any way the movie was weird it was either animated or clay animation and I remember specifically in one scene there’s a boy with his dead dog fixed onto a skateboard and the kid takes him for a walk through the park like he’s got a leash on the dog just pulling it through a park and like trying to get it to go play fetch…. there are some other vegue parts that I remember like this man is standing near a grill and he lights it and it explodes aND an arm falls onto the grill….. weird movie but I’ve looked and looked and can’t find anything about it anywhere
