I saw this clip quite some time ago…. 2 boys one white other black were peeping inside window of a girl and she starts dancing when she sees them… after a while another smaller boy climbs up to her window balcony to watch.. I think she was topless and wearing a (gold?) hat while dancing… was in another language than english, probably spanish but not sure
