I saw this movie as a kid in the 80’s in English. Probably it was on TV or VHS, it was not in the theater, and it was in color.

There’s a scene with a large statue head (it’s the statue of liberty in my memory but there is nothing I can find online about that) – decapitated and lying on it’s side. It appears to be talking, although in my memory it’s lips are not moving, it’s more of a female voice over that can be attributed to the statue. It makes some sort of dismal prediction for earth, or the human race, and then it starts to roll destroying shit in it’s path as people run screaming.

Please tell me I didn’t dream this. No one else remembers it… and NO it’s not Cloverfield.
