The main female character was Asian,she arrives at this small community & turns out she has some sort of power. There’s a main guy & another female character that liked him (she was possibly blonde).

The scene I remember was later in the movie where the bad guys that want her powers catch up to her & mortally wounds her. She kisses the guy & transfers her powers to him before dying and then he kicks some ass.

I saw this a long time ago & it looked low-budget,but to be safe,let’s say it came out before 2010.

Please help me find this,it’s been driving me crazy.
