So I saw a really funny movie scene from a few years ago.

The movie is set in either Spanish or Italian, the scene I remember is from a dinner party and there are men and women in a fancy restaurant. There’s a mean guy and his colleague (I think they were boss/employee). The employee had to prove himself to the boss so the boss challenged him to drink as much as he can of alcohol or some fizzy drink. I remember the boss yelling: “Beba! Beba!” which I think was to drink in spanish. The guy drank so much that his belly inflated in his vest and he began to rise and tried to grab his boss but he floated up towards the ceiling where the waiter had to use a chair for him to grab onto and pull him back down. I think he was taken into another room and he deflated and caused a mess in the restaurant.

What movie am I thinking of? I would love to see the full thing because it seemed really funny.
