The clip appears to be from a mainstream movie, is in Spanish (I believe), features a woman in a police-type interrogation room. The interrogator attaches electrodes to her nipples when she won’t answer his questions. Other male prisoners are also in the room and they get slapped. It’s in color and there’s nothing that indicates a date.
