Believe i saw it on tv or vhs in mid 80’s. Movie was in english and i believe the theme was an alien movie??? The only seen i can remember for sure was of a male (older teenager) noticing a plant in the window of a building that was supposed to be abandoned. (maybe an abandoned military base??) I believe the plant was in a second story window???
