Male protagonist with blond curly hair gets told to leave town(?) and when he has not yet, gets threatened by sherrif(?) with a revolver

Yesterday, either live on a public German (IP)TV channel or in the public German TV archive ( https://mediathekviewweb.de/ ), I watched a German dubbed version of an older color movie, probably released between the 1950s and the 1970s (definitely shot on analog film), and the movie setting is a small, simple, non-modern bar or saloon (might have had a few wooden beams from floor to ceiling), in anything between the old west and the 1980s.

  • Protagonist (non-black/asian male, curly blonde hair, very lean facial features, lean body type, wearing a hat, possibly having a jacket or gunbelt hanging over his shoulder) stands at the counter of some kind of small bar. The barkeeper (possibly named “Buck” or “Butch”) pours him some alcohol while telling him that him or guys like him don’t live long (and/or well).
  • An authority figure (probably a sheriff) enters the room, together with another man who is holding a rifle or shotgun.
  • Dialog (roughly, as far as I remember it):
    – Sheriff: “I thought it was clear that you better left town(?).”
    – Protagonist: “I didn’t know I’d have to leave so early.”
    – Sheriff (uncovering his holster): “This is a Colt(?) 45(?). Do you want to make the acquaintance of it?”
    – Protagonist: “No, I don’t.”
    – Sheriff: “Turn around and put your hands on the counter.”
    (Protagonist follows this order)
    – Sheriff (throwing handcuffs onto the counter): “$BARKEEPERS_NAME, you put them on.”
