Memory from at least ten years ago.
Late night TV program showing sci-fi movies, no later than 2005. Possibly two movies, one after the other, the original and then the sequel.
The movie itself: a muscled woman, white with tanned skin, dreadlocked blond hair. She fights a cyborg in a desert with a knife. Knife has a laser pointer built into the hilt (emits green laser). One of the scenes was shot from the cyborg’s point of view: she holds up the knife to her face, cyborg analyzes it, her face and knife appear in wireframe (green colour?).
I remember few props, just scenes of the desert and sparse dialogue.
Another scene, possibly from the sequel. Same woman, desert again, with a thin, middle-aged white man with short white hair. He is a cyborg in disguise. She is sitting on the ground with an injury to the back of her head, speaking with him. He is behind her. His eyes light up and project a beam which analyzes her injury and perhaps more. She in unaware that he is doing so, and converses normally.
“Knights”(1993)?
