I think the movie came out on DVD in 2002. The only thing I remember is that a blonde female was kidnapped by another woman. This other woman then summons another soul and places it in to the blonde females body. Later on in the movie the blonde is changing clothes at a rest stop and a man is spying on her. Towards the end of the movie the blonde is in a bay boat and I believe she is killed. Please help
