I remember a seen from a movie that had a pholosophical biker or could have been a bum…..he was philosophizing during what I think was a standoff of some sort…..the movie did not seem all that serious and could have been a comedy/ adventure…..was probably mid to late 90s or early 2000’s

No it wasnt the big L……..the scene Im recalling was during some sort of a stand off involving police in either a gas station or fast food joint……the biker/bum was kinda of quiet but when he spoke it was always some sort of deep philosophical wisdom…..and i believe he was on the outside with the cops
