when i was a small kid it had to have been in between 1990 and 95 i watched a movie on tv tho for some reason i think it was on hbo. it was an english film in which was really scary (at the time) really big lady either ran an orphanage or type of girls school i remember a bunch of girls sleeping in one room with a bunch of beds in what looked like either a bombshelter or squalid living conditions i dont remember much but i know their was something to do with a huge tv or radio tower right outside at the end of the movie the big scary lady chased one little girl to the top of the tower where she fell off and died
