I saw a foreign film( Croatia, Ukraine, Lithuania???) in early 2000’s where a guy who worked for the police who was trying to find out who killed a young. The guy was crushing on neighbor who had the cool husband/boyfriend who ending up being the killer and the guy figured it out.
