Okay, so all i remember is the film was British but the actors had a regional accent, I would like to say Scottish or Irish.
One of the very first scenes includes a woman wading into a pond to take a photo of her daughter and getting crushed by a falling plane part from a crash. It has a satirical narrator speaking over it at this point. A female.
The film goes on to be more hard hitting if i remember correctly and the daughter becomes homeless. It’s about her struggle.
I watched this online sometime between 2008-2011 and I think it was on Iplayer, or 4OD or something similar.
Its driving been driving me absolutely nuts since then. I’d really like to watch it again. I’ll be very impressed if someone can find it.
