Can someone please help me out with this one movie?
I saw this movie in tv in the 1990’s or early 2000’s.
It’s a movie about group of friends who are con-men.
Here are the scenes from the movie:
- Guy fakes to get hit by car and cons the driver to pay him
- Friends pretend to be city tour guide, but the people they are scamming point out the fake names and locations they are telling
- Later in their apartment one conman shares hit loot, but friends start ripping the real dollars in half
- Later conman themselves get’s conned, by the promise to see a real mermaid by the sea, buy the mermaid turns to be a guy/or women in a costume and a wig
