Okay, so I only remembering the first few opening scenes. This movie is newer, can’t be older than 2017, I wouldn’t be surprise if it was made in the last 5 years. It was on Amazon prime video once, but I can’t find it anymore. It was an art film and that type of independent film vibe. The movie started with a shot of the ocean and it was a lovely light blue color and the sun was shimmering off it. It looked like Mediterranean climate and scene. The beach was grey rocks or just not a typical sandy beach. There was couple, both white. One boy with blond hair, in good shape. There was girl, short darker hair. They were making out and then maybe discussing how they feel about each other. Then shortly after there was scene with that same girl with her parent in the evening time. Having family time  and enjoying their time dancing. It was on a stone patio and there was view from the ocean where they were. The parents were olive skinned or maybe white. The parents started kissing  and the daughter got embarrassed. That is all I remember.
