I don’t really know the date of the movie or if it really is a movie or a t.v show.

But i remember in the beginning of the movie there’s kids swimming in a lake and boys pick on the fat kid watching the girls. One of the girls was blonde and in one scene she was riding her bike at night and gets murdered which at the end of the movie or t.v show it revealed that it was the fat kid, but they were all grown up by the time they found out who it was.

I do remember one scene where the blonde girls friend was getting spanked with a belt by her dad or am I mixing it with another movie or t.v show
