This movie year is I think above 2000.
I remember there was two woman( I think they are black) and they killed somebody. They throw his body on some lake.
In movie was a detective who caught them and blackmailed them.
I think they poisoned a detective.
On the last scene one of these woman drink a cocktail with I think his mother( and she is having look on face like she poisoned her)

the women aren’t black but “Beautiful Creatures” from 2000 (not the more recent film with the same title) has a similar plot.
