SO awesome i found this site. I have racked my brain and google from the small part of a scene i can remember from what i think was a good movie. I saw this scene maybe in the late 90’s or early 2000’s (no later than 04 i think) but all i can remember is the opening scene.

There is a man (skinny white guy – somewhat famous (not super famous at the time) maybe blond hair or light brown. you see him get up in the morning and head outside (maybe with a cup of coffee) totally naked. He walks to the side of his YELLOW house where there is either gravel or some construction maybe and starts peeing. He waves to somebody and there might be some talking but then he goes back inside and i think talks to his daughter. This is where is gets fuzzy so I’m hoping there is enough for some movie wizard out there to help me with. The movie was in english, on TV I think (at least can’t remember renting it – back when MovieGallery existed) .
