In the early 2000’s or so, I think I saw a movie on the Irish TV channel RTÉ that was in English, in colour. This is the only scene I remember from it.

I think there was a storm occurring and there was these people picking up other people and throwing them into the ocean. At one point, a little girl was picked up and was about to be thrown into the ocean and she reached over the persons should and yelled “Mommy help!” Or something like that. I think then her mother cried “Baby no!” And ran to go save her while the man who was beside her started screaming “Stop, Stop!”

Then I think the scene changed to two teenage brothers sleeping in their room while the storm went on and one of them woke up and the other one asked if they were alright.
