Hi: So it was one of those movies that ran repeatedly on HBO in the early 80s and the opening credits, I’m pretty sure, were over the famous “Washington Crossing the Delaware” painting. It was about a female journalist discovering that some key aspect of American historical mythology was possibly untrue. And I remember her chasing an editor, maybe, into the men’s room and having a bad-Sorkin-esque exchange about “I wanna know how it goes” and he says something like “It goes *raspberry*. That’s how it goes.”

It was weird. But it annoys me that I don’t remember what the name is.
