Mid 1970’s, I believe an older black and white movie (although could have been just the fact we had an old black and white tv!) Protagonist was a secret agent spy type of guy, antagonist was attractive lady had an underground lair, who at one point had him attached to wall with thick metal bands while mechanical arms tore at hos clothing.
