I’m trying to find a movie I saw back in high school, pre 2010. I remember was about 2 people (brother-sister?) crossing into the US guided by a coyote(not the animal). I remember the clearly they had to recite a phone number at the start of the movie, I even remember that the number started with “908”. the movie didn’t look old, so im guessing late 90’s or newer.

another scene I remember is that the woman protagonist had to crawl through a cramp sewer tunnel.
